Bunny Joy

Good Morning Everyone

It is another new challenge over at

CRAFT Challenge.

This week's lovely sponsor is Sweet n Sassy

There is some great prizes to be won

For my card this week I decided to use up some card blanks with pre-cut ovals that were really designed for cross stitch designs.  I had a lovely oval embossing folder which fitted around the aperture perfectly.

I embossed the oval and inserted some floral, sparkly paper behind the aperture to mount my fussy cut BunnyJoy digital stamp.  I coloured the digi stamp with my polychromos and finished with some sparkle pens. I finished off with a sentiment from my stash.

I would like to enter this card for the following

Christmas Walkies - All Dressed Up

Hello lovely craft people, today I am sharing with you a new challenge over on:

CRAFT Challenge.

For the next two weeks is

Christmas

Our fabulous sponsors for this week are

 All Dressed Up

Come along and play with us there are some great prizes to be won.

For my card, I used the lovely Christmas Walkies digital stamp.  I printed this out onto some plain Navigator Printer paper, this was then coloured using my polychromos pencils.  I wanted to go for a lovely pink/green combo.  I love searching for colour combos on Pinterest they always have a multitude of lovely colour combinations to use.

I used some backing papers from my stash, stitched round the edge and then on the central image I faux stitched with a matching pencil.  Added some shimmer and stickles with a sentiment.

I will be back soon with another fabulous project for the lovely C.R.A.F.T Challenge.

Thanks for stopping bye.

Till then, happy crafting x

Step Into Spring - Pansies with a Twist

Hello, today I'm sharing my latest projects with you.  I have designed this for the Anything Goes Challenge over @ Ally's Angels Challenge Blog.

I wanted to carry on with my Spring Theme and chose a lovely pansy napkin to work with on this simple thank you card.

I layered a 5 x 7 card blank with some lemon coloured cardstock and stitched around the edges with some Gutterman co 232 ( navy blue ) thread .   You could always use a blue marker for this part. Next I used a napkin backed onto some A4 sticker paper, all  you do is peel away the 3 ply napkin and then adhere it to the sticker paper.  Amanda from Create with Scrimpingmommy  over on  her You Tube channel  shows you how easy this technique is. It's genius way of using up napkins to achieve a textured look on paper and not too bulky.  You can then use it like any other paper.

I then embellished it with a simple sentiment and some ribbon and finished off with some shimmer Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens in clear.

I decided after I did the card that I would use the left over napkin paper to make a matching Birthday Tag.

Fairies of Spring

Hello, today I am sharing with you a card I have made for my mum.  I'm using an old stamp set from Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine, it came with free fairy stamps and embossing folder.

I opted for the fresh green floral backing paper as it's bright and cheerful.

I stamped the image onto watercolour paper and coloured her in with shimmery watercolour paint.

I'm entering this card into the following blog challenges Allsorts Challenge Blog, Crafting from the heart Challenge Blog,  The Crafty Addicts Blog first for a long time.

thank you for visiting my blog.
